Dawn Kissi is an award-winning multi-platform journalist and research analyst specializing in business, finance and foreign affairs. Her work has taken her to many of the world's business centres including Bangalore, Frankfurt, London, Hong Kong, Paris, and Singapore. Her strong interest in the world’s economies and diplomatic affairs has taken her to some of the most interesting and dynamic emerging capitals including Amman, Beirut, Cairo, Doha, Damascus and Accra. As a business and financial reporter, Dawn has met and interviewed Central Bank Governors, Finance Ministers and the Monetary Authorities of various nations. She is currently dissecting the global securities sector, financial technology, risk management, complex financial products, emerging and frontier economies, and how the markets are handling the current global financial crisis.

Dawn was born, raised and educated in New York City, is multi-lingual and holds an MS in Journalism from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism.

She is currently a correspondent for RISK Professional, the bi-monthly magazine of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and a freelance contributor for The Atlantic online and the Periscope Post, a dynamic new international news and opinion website.
